Changing Room
DECT proudly funded the installation of a new girls’ changing room at Shaw Cross Rugby Club creating a dedicated, welcoming space for young female players.
This investment has given the club greater capacity to grow its girls’ teams, ensuring more girls have the opportunity to take part in rugby.
By providing proper facilities designed with them in mind, the project is helping local girls feel confident, included and valued, and is encouraging even more young people to get involved in sport, develop new skills, and build friendships in a supportive community environment.
